The program is run after school, by College staff, and offers students the opportunity of learning new skills, developing special interests, or seeking extra academic help on a one-on-one basis. Participation in at least one EX activity is required for all students in Years 7 to 10. Senior students are welcome to participate, which is common. Students may also enrol in more than one activity.

Involvement in EX activities helps build friendship and respect between students across age groups, as well as between students and staff when the formalities of the classroom are set aside.

Each term students can change to a new EX activity. Activities on offer are as follows:

Actvities begin Week 3 -Term 1, and end Week 8 - Term 4.
Also note that an exemption form is required for those students who cannot participate in the EX program

The activities listed below are available to students on an ‘as need' basis, thus students normally cannot choose one of these to do for the entire term as their EX activity.
