Libby Prell FAICD - Libby is qualified business and finance professional who lives in the Northern Territory. Her skills in corporate governance, accountability & strategic direction have successfully influenced not only her own businesses but has made invaluable contributions to community organisations. Libby is a firm believer in the critical importance that strong governance will ensure an organisation (of any size) can prosper in today’s volatile compliant environment. Libby’s believes in an effective Board with clear strategic direction and compliance reporting will give an informed & qualified CEO the platform to operate a successful organisation.

Her early career in tourism & hospitality in Central Australia led to business opportunities in transport and construction as the co-proprietor of NT Link. NT Link is a specialised transportable buildings business primarily servicing the mining industry & governments in remote areas. It was established 30 years ago and currently employs 60+ people with operations in Darwin and Alice Springs. NT Link is part of the wider Smith Prell Group which owns commercial & residential property and BOO camps. Libby is current Chairman, of St Philip’s College; she has served on the Development Consent Authority, Board member of Museums & Art Galleries of NT, she has recently retired from Chairman of Olive Pink Botanic Gardens and as Chairman of Alice Springs Steiner School and is a Life Member of Tourism Central Australia. She is an active supporter of the community professionally and philanthropically.
