College Fees

At St Philip’s College, tuition fees are used to pay well qualified, dedicated staff, provide attractive, modern and safe facilities conducive to learning, provide a wide range of extra curricular programs plus many experiences and opportunities for personal growth that will encourage your child to look beyond local boundaries and think globally.

Annual College Fees – 2017

The current College fees are presented below as a guide only. Fees are subject to change annually.
All fees are annual unless otherwise stated. The following fees will apply for 2017:

If fees are paid in full and by the due date a 1.25% discount will apply on the Tuition Fee.

Extra Curricular Music Tuition:

The fee for all students enrolled for extra curricular music tuition is $220 per term. If any instrument is hired
from the College, an additional charge will apply. The hire fee schedule is available from College
Administration upon request or the Music Department.

Camp Fees


Year 7 Camp - 3 days/2 nights


Year 8 Camp - 5 days/4 nights


Year 9 Endeavour Camp - 9 days/8 nights


Year 11 Leadership Course - 10 days/9 nights


Year 12 Camp - 3 days/2 nights


Parents are advised separately of the Year 10 Mittagundi  or Wollangara camp fees.



Family concessions apply to Tuition and Boarding fees. For the third and subsequent child(ren) attending the College simultaneously a 25% concession applies.

A Minister’s concession of 50% applies to the tuition fees for the children of Christian Ministers.

Bursaries may be available for children of families who cannot afford the full fees. Details and application forms are available from the Registrar.

Multiple concession policy. If more than one concession could apply, only one (being the largest) will apply.

Application and Enrolment Fees

Application Fee - an Enrolment Application Fee of $100 is payable upon application for a position in the College. This fee is non-refundable.
Enrolment Fee - after enrolment forms have been processed, an interview will be arranged with the Registrar, parents and child. 
A place may then be offered to the child, where upon a $250 non-refundable fee needs to be paid.

Payment of Fees

The 2017 annual fees are due and payable in full by the 10th February 2017 unless a payment plan is
established. There are two payment options.


A 1.25% discount will apply to the Tuition Fee if all fees are paid in full by the 10th February 2017.

Paying in person -
8.00am- 4.00pm weekdays at College Reception.

Late Fee - To avoid a late fee of $100.00, please pay in full by the due date.


Instalment Payment Application forms are due for return by the 10th February 2017.           

Instalments will be ten payments due on the 26th of each month from February to November.

Payment Options:           

Automatic payments - by direct debit or credit card. Please complete an application form.

Late fee - to avoid a late fee of $100.00, please ensure your application form is returned by the due date, and that on the drawing date there are sufficient cleared funds in the nominated account.

Should an instalment plan not be honoured, an administration fee may be charged and the full outstanding fees will be due and payable immediately.
