St Philip’s College is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our close-knit community. About the Role
As our Student Counsellor, you will provide social, emotional, and mental health support to students across Years 7–12. You’ll work collaboratively with staff, families, and external providers to foster resilience, wellbeing, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll also play a key role in wellbeing initiatives across the school.

Has experience delivering individual and group support, as well as whole-school wellbeing programs

Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
